hereby provides the public with information on the accessibility requirements for services provided to people with a disability, as set out in Act No. 351/2022 Coll. on the accessibility of goods and services for people with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the “Act“) and Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 282/2023 Coll., which establishes technical requirements for the accessibility of products for people with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation“) and on the compliance of the company’s websites with these requirements.
This accessibility statement applies to the company’s website located at www.atisadesign.com.
Through the above-mentioned website, the company is a service provider within the meaning of the law. Information on the functioning of the website is included in the company’s terms and conditions.
